during my stay, I really enjoyed the spacious layout of the hotel and the fact that it's an easy drive to nearby attractions like Splash Parque Acuatico Leon and Poliforum, making it perfect for city strolls and exploring.

The coffee kit needs more options instead of the basic selection!!! Cleaning seems to have declined, especially in common areas. It would be great to have better signage for the shuttle service to avoid confusion!!!

Additionally, having no hot water in the shower and needing to hunt for the desk manager in the lobby at an early hour was not ideal. Such inconveniences put a damper on what usually is a reliable stopover.

Despite these challenges, I still found the place enjoyable, particularly the cozy atmosphere.

We stayed for a night and really liked the spacious room with a kitchenette. The free wifi worked great. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Plus, the hotel's super close to the airport, which was a lifesaver. It's a bit noisy at night though, but we managed. Overall, good experience for a quick stay!
